Each inflatable requires a flat, open space that is clear of debris, sticks, and pet waste. The measurements are listed on the page of the unit you choose. As a rule of thumb, allow at least 2-3 extra feet around the inflatable for safety.

Yes! As long as the space has adequate ceiling height and room for setup, we can install inflatables indoors at gyms, halls, or community centers.

Absolutely. Delivery, setup, and takedown are all included in your rental. Our trained staff ensures everything is safe and ready before your event starts.

Grass is ideal, but we can also set up on pavement, concrete, or indoors. If the setup is on a hard surface, we use sandbags or weights to secure the inflatable.

Yes. Each inflatable requires a standard 110V outlet within 50–100 feet. If you don’t have access to power, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

Safety comes first. If there is heavy rain, lightning, or strong winds, we may have to cancel or reschedule your rental. If that happens, we’ll work with you to find a new date or provide a rain check.

It depends on the inflatable. Standard bounce houses usually hold 6-8 kids at a time, while obstacle courses and slides can handle more. We’ll give you safety guidelines with each rental.

Yes. An adult must supervise children at all times. We also offer attendants for hire if you’d like us to provide supervision during your event.

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible, however no later than 24 hours of the event except in inclement weather. Deposits may be non-refundable, but we do offer rescheduling options and rain checks in most cases.

Yes. We thoroughly clean and sanitize every unit before and after each rental to ensure a safe, fun experience for your guests.

Yes, we are fully insured. Safety is our top priority, and we follow all industry standards for setup and operation.
