One word, Fantastic. I could go on in detail but that word sums up my entire experience. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Communication was top tier, service was no less than a white gloved experience, and delivery was prompt. Overall, it was the kind of business exchange that felt more like an interaction with a thoughtful neighbor ( kind, quick, helpful and pleasant). We will be using them again!

SO MUCH FUN! We've used several bounce house companies for our Real Estate events in the past, but when we came across Bounce Party NOVA and learned they are veteran owned, aligning with our client base, it was a no brainer to try them out. They exceeded expectations, showed up on time, the bounce house was extremely clean, picked up on time and FUN was had by all. Even the adult "after" party slide!

The bounce house we rented was amazing and the kids loved it! It entertained them for nearly 8 hours! The company was wonderful as they set it all up for us pretty quickly, connected the hose for the water, and explained it all to me in under an hour. They also come to clean it up and that was very fast too! I would do this all the time this summer to entertain the kids!

We had a great experience renting from Bounce Party! The website was very easy to use, the team arrived early to set up, and they took care of clean up after the party. Their bounce house was brand new and therefore clean and in great shape. The customer service experience was wonderful...they answered my questions right away and was very friendly and personnable. Highly recommend!
